From the warm welcome by the friendly reception staff Marsida, Eda & Nimet to the efficient service at the breakfast with Angjela, Nada, and Gerti, every detail was meticulously handled. the room was spacious and impeccably clean, offering a cozy bed and modern amenities like a fridge and flat-screen TV. the central location made exploring the nearby restaurants and shopping areas a breeze, and the secure parking added an extra layer of convenience to our trip. With excellent housekeeping services and the option for dry cleaning, our stay was truly hassle-free. I highly recommend Hotel Golden Palace for a relaxed and enjoyable stay in Shkodër. We will definitely be returning to this gem on our next trip to the Balkans!
